Seit knapp 15 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit einzigartiger Freude und Neugier am menschlichen Körper.

In dieser Zeit konnte ich unglaublich viele Erfahrungen sammeln.

Ich testete immer wieder meine eigenen körperlichen und mentalen Grenzen aus und durchbrach sie.

Mich macht es glücklich und zufrieden, wenn Du dich in deinem Körper wohler fühlst.

Wenn du mehr Leistungsfähigkeit hast, einen besseren Schlaf und qualitative 20 Jahre länger leben kannst.

- 7 Jahre Trainer im Gesundheitszentrum

- selbstständiger Personaltrainer mit eigenem Gym und + 12.000 Stunden Erfahrung Personaltraining 

- über 40 Fortbildungen/ Seminare zu Themen wie Ernährung, Sport, Therapie, Faszien, Hormone persönlich gelernt bei den besten ihres Fachs

- Trainer und Berater von UFC- Kämpfern (Ultimate Fighting Championship) und diversen anderen LeistungssportlerInnen

- Online Beratungs- und Coachingbetreuung von über 120 Menschen in den letzten 3 Jahren

 

Meine sportlichen Erfolge:

- Deutscher Meister Muay Thai (Thaiboxen) 2012 (MTBD, -71kg Klasse)

- 100km Laufen Deutsche Meisterschaft Teilnehmer 2017

- 5 Marathons in 5 Tagen

- Founder "Kalorien Challenge"

- Marathon (42km) rückwärts gelaufen, anschließend 50km vorwärts.

- 5km in 15:22min; 10km in 32:24min; 100km in 8h:18min

- 5x 24 Stunden Non- Stop Sport gemacht

- Längste non stop gelaufene Distanz: 130km in 13 Stunden (6:01min/km)
